Sergey fell in love with Georgia

My name is Sergey and I’m from Latvia. I’m volunteer in youth organization “House of Hope”. During last year I lost any motivation to do something because of routine, it was so boring. I didn’t feel any progress. But when I came here, to Georgia, as volunteer, my thoughts changed. I “came back to life”. I saw so much new things, that helps me go out from this “routine” and let me be active, as I was before. New emotions, new experience, new people, new views. I start to watch on thing from another view.

During the 1st month I already fell in love with Georgia, because of people and nature. Here I feel really good, because all my stupid ideas was accepted. During every travel in Georgia I think “wow, how here is beautiful” and think that no more beautiful place in there world, but no. Next travel I saw another more beautiful view, that I saw before.

But one of the most memorable moment was at my birthday, when we come to the beautiful waterfall. How it was wonderful ???? Honestly, never seen so amazing view before. Georgian nature impressed me so much.

During 1 week in eco village I was fully disconnected from civilization. Only nature, only “wild life”. That helps me to get all energy back and I found really good friend there.

People here are extremely friendly to guests but they are very crazy and I like it. Last time when I was hitchhiking in Georgia, there was one man one, which picked up me and my friend. He was craziest driver I ever seen. Smoking with one hand, eating hachapuri with another and holding steering wheel with legs. I have never got so much adrenaline before.
I can talk about Georgia 10000 hours, but not now. I definitely will come back to Georgia, because I think, that my soul will stay here.
